The location was excellent, right in the center of Leblon with great restaurants and the beach nearby. The downstairs lounge was a nice place to work from and the WiFi was reliable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The hotel is located near the beach and has a variety of nice restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining out. there are bars in close proximity, although this can result in noisy nights.
The front desk staff lacks consistency and may not be very helpful when needed.

The pool was dirty and disappointingly small, making it difficult to relax and enjoy. The staff also lacked friendliness and were unaccommodating, refusing to allow an early check-in even for a fee.

Amazing room with a amazing view. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. While there were a few hiccups with my reservation, the management quickly resolved the issue. The location was perfect, close to the beach and delicious restaurants nearby. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location is ideal for those who want to be close to the beach and yet stay on a quiet street. The staff members were very accommodating and friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. We were impressed by the variety and quality of room amenities, which included ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms were a plus, as we were able to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious and fresh options; the staff members in the restaurant were lovely and attentive.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area.
